      14-Day Limited Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If your digital files or Notion duplicate links are defective, broken, or materially misrepresented and cannot be resolved by support within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
    

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on lingnianjing.com are intangible digital goods (including Notion workspace templates and PDF digital guides) delivered immediately upon order completion via direct download links and automated email receipts.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned or revoked once duplicated, we maintain a clear and fair refund standard to protect both buyers and our independent creation.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

You may request a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following qualifying conditions:

Defective or Inaccessible Files: The private Notion template link is broken, inaccessible, or the PDF guide is corrupted, and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of notification.
Material Misrepresentation: The core features or contents of the delivered template differ fundamentally and substantially from the specifications documented on the /shop product page.
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally submitted payment for the same digital item more than once (we will immediately refund the duplicate charge upon verification).

3. Ineligible Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued under the following situations:

Change of mind after successfully duplicating the template or downloading the PDF guide;
Inability to use Notion due to device incompatibility or refusal to create a free Notion account (a free Notion account is all that is required);
Failure to review documented product requirements prior to purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

Body: The email address used during checkout, your Order ID, and a clear explanation of the defect or issue encountered (including screenshots if applicable).

We review and respond to all refund requests within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method via our Merchant of Record payment processor. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
