1. Overview and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products and services provided by lingnian ("wang hai peng", independent creator based in Ganzhou, China) through the website lingnianjing.com ("Site").
By placing an order, completing a checkout, or accessing digital materials from this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
2. Digital Goods and Delivery
Our products consist of electronically delivered digital assets, including proprietary Notion workspace templates and instructional digital guides (PDF format).
- Delivery Method: Delivery is entirely digital and automated. Upon successful checkout, you will immediately receive on-screen confirmation with access links and an automated email receipt containing the private Notion duplicate URL and download links.
- No Physical Shipment: No physical parcels, media discs, or printed paper materials will be shipped.
3. License Grant and Permitted Use
Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to duplicate, view, and customize the digital product for your own personal or internal business productivity use.
Strict Restrictions: You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or give away copies of the Notion template or PDF guides;
- Publish or share the private duplicate link or template contents publicly on the internet;
- Incorporate the digital assets into another digital product or template bundle for resale or commercial redistribution.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Orders placed on this Site are processed securely through reputable third-party Merchant of Record (MoR) partners (such as Creem or Paddle). The Merchant of Record is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for all transactions, handling secure payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT calculation and collection, and currency conversion.
We do not store or process your credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive banking details on our servers.
5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice
All original designs, database architectures, copywriting, illustrations, and accompanying PDF manuals are the exclusive intellectual property of lingnian and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Trademark Notice: Notion is a registered trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. Our templates are independently created third-party tools designed for use within the Notion platform. This product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our 14-day digital defect warranty as detailed in our formal Refund Policy. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once duplicated or accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not granted.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the template will meet your specific business requirements or that Notion's third-party service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall lingnian be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital products. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ganzhou, China, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via good-faith email consultation.
